Scope and operator
This website and the Purrge Mac app are published by Creative Sparks, Adams Building, Thellakom PO, Kottayam, Kerala, India — 686630. These terms cover your use of the website, the app and the licence you buy.
The sale itself is not with us: Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and the contract for the transaction is with Lemon Squeezy, under its Buyer Terms. Delivery, the refund policy and your statutory rights are set out in Refunds & cancellations, including what Lemon Squeezy may decide independently of us.
The linked app preview uses example data and cannot scan, clean or relocate your files. Product descriptions may change before release. The price, what one licence covers and how delivery works are stated before you pay and on your receipt. The current download supports Intel and Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. It is available from the homepage; a licence unlocks cleanup and SSD relocation.
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but preview content may contain errors and availability may be interrupted. No guaranteed disk-space saving, performance improvement or universal file-safety claim is made. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Appropriate use
Do not use the website to distribute malware, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person’s personal information without authority. Ordinary browsing, sharing public links and reporting a suspected defect are welcome. Security testing should be limited to systems and data you are authorized to test.
Software and third-party rights
Purrge builds on DiskAtlas by Aloys Augustin. Open-source software remains subject to its applicable license. These website terms do not override MIT, Apache or other rights granted for included open-source components. Purrge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, DiskAtlas’s author, or other products mentioned for comparison.

Privacy, changes and disputes
Privacy and cookie choices are described separately and are not a condition of buying or using Purrge. The price and these terms are shown before payment, and your receipt records what you agreed to. Revised terms show a new date and do not apply retrospectively to a licence you have already bought. These terms do not impose arbitration, a foreign forum, a blanket no-refund rule, or a waiver of mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of India, with the courts of Kerala. That does not remove rights the law where you live gives you — consumer protection law in many places, including across the EU and in the UK, gives buyers of digital content rights that a choice-of-law clause in a consumer contract cannot take away.
